“Beautiful yoga practice for all levels!
Johanna guided us through basic asanas with options to enhance each pose and encouraged us to feel and observe ourselves and act upon that.
Big bonus is the location, on a lawn facing the ocean!”
“Tracy led a class for myself and a group of friends during our stay in Maui and she was fantastic! Such a great blend of practical instruction and little pushes to help you with your practice. We highly recommend her!”
“I had my first Thai massage this morning and absolutely loved it. I'll be back - thank you ?”
