Pilates has completely transformed my relationship with exercise. Or's explanations are incredible, making me fully aware of each movement and allowing me to approach it with patience. Pilates is now an integral part of my life, and I'm so so happy. Plus, the studio is aesthetically pleasing and impeccably clean. I did a full research of studios in Maui before I started and this one is the best !!
It has been a fabulous experience to take lessons at Maui Pilates Studio! At 64, I needed to gain flexibility and balance after two hip replacements last year! I am getting better week by week, and I have more confidence with my movements, and THE BONUS: I FEEL GREAT!
