It has been a fabulous experience to take lessons at Maui Pilates Studio! At 64, I needed to gain flexibility and balance after two hip replacements last year! I am getting better week by week, and I have more confidence with my movements, and THE BONUS: I FEEL GREAT!

Highly recommend!!FacilityIt’s clean, has plenty of natural light and all the Pilates equipment is new and well taken care of.InstructionOR is the owner and instructor of many of weekly classes. He’s very knowledgeable and his sessions are fun and challenging. I first started going to Maui Pilates in 2020 and I loved it from the get go and especially because of Or who owns the studio. After not working out for many many years I pretty quickly realized how much easier I could breath when working and how great I felt physically. Not to mention people said I looked 20 years younger. Gotta love that!!. I had to take time away because of family illnesses but back at it again. Little challenging but so grateful for the patience and continued encouragement Or has with me and there is such a wonderful comradery with other members. I highly recommend Maui Pilates Studio to everyone no matter their age.
