With her calm voice and caring spirit, Johanna delivers a simultaneously relaxing and exhilarating yoga class. Since discovering her beachfront class in 2009, my husband and I take as many as we can when vacationing in Kihei--most recently this June. Bonuses: dynamic ocean view, Drishti focal points such as a bird of paradise flower arrangement on her sign-in table, the sound of swishing palm fronds and live surf that accompanies final relaxation.
