Beyond Builders
“We recently completed our bathroom repairs and remodel and wanted to share a brief summary of our experience. Selecting a reputable contractor came with plenty of stress and anxiety, but we believe we made the right decision because the project turned out so well.
Based on the outcome of our project and our expectations, the planning and work performed by “Beyond Builders” met every expectation and went beyond what we had hoped for.
Many things happened throughout the project that could have significantly affected the outcome, so I do not want to single out one event at the expense of others. Instead, I would like to highlight the key people and qualities that made the greatest difference and helped keep the project on track.
Project Management and Communication
First and foremost, the project manager, Frank Vasquez, was responsive from the start. He communicated clearly about what to expect, stayed personally involved, and followed through on everything he said he would. Whenever we had a question or concern, he provided answers and helped us feel confident throughout the project. His leadership and attention to detail helped reduce our stress and contributed greatly to the successful outcome. Frank is a real asset to “Beyond Builders,” and if we ever need work done on our house again, we would certainly request his partnership.
Workmanship and Site Management
The second person we would like to recognize is the lead project worker, Yong Lin. We were fortunate to have him on our project. We kept calling him the “Energizer Bunny” because each day we were amazed by how much he accomplished. We also appreciated his attention to detail, his willingness to listen to our ideas, and his ability to bring those ideas to life. Yong organized and cleaned up the work site daily, never leaving it in disarray. His expertise, work ethic, and care helped make our hopes for the bathrooms come true, and he is a true asset to the company.
Design and Materials Recommendations
A third person we would like to recognize is Tomoko Bryant. She did all the design work and renditions of the project and helped put together the material needs. She is the one who put our ideas into a picture that we could see and understand. Glad we had her on our team. She was a very important part of the project and very happy with the final outcome of her renditions.
Overall Recommendation
Bottom line, we are truly pleased with the work done to our bathrooms. If one attribute made this project successful, it was open communication, which allowed everything to come together so well.
