Purair Hawaii is a business dedicated to improving the air quality of homes in Honolulu through their thorough AC and air duct cleaning services. Their mission is centered around cleaning, with a focus on ensuring the health and well-being of their customers. One of the standout employees at Purair Hawaii is Pat, who is known for his professionalism, upfront approach, and reliability. He has been praised for his ability to explain the operation and potential issues of air conditioning systems in a clear and pleasant manner. The company services a variety of air conditioning units, including Freidrich AC units, and they have been commended for their friendly and efficient service. In one instance, a gecko had caused an issue with a split AC unit, and Purair Hawaii was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in a timely manner. The customer decided to replace the control board themselves, but they noted that Purair Hawaii's initial quote was accurate and there were no unexpected costs. Overall, Purair Hawaii is a trustworthy business that prioritizes the needs of their customers and strives to provide them with a healthier and cleaner indoor environment.
Excellent company that has been in business for decades in Hawai'i. They are very familiar with all AC systems used in Hawaii and the management team stands by their work. Highly recommend for condos in Waikiki with AC units that often get moldy and need to get cleaned up. Also had a thermostat and UV light installed by them. Prices are very reasonable by Hawai'i standards.
PurAir Hawai’i installed and then has regularly maintained our 3 A/C units for a number of years. Des and the office staff are great and the techs top notch. 5 stars all the way. You won’t be disappointed!
Purair Hawaii contracted to remove my old AC and install a new one. They arrived exactly at the hour agreed upon, prepped my apartment very carefully and worked for 8 hours in 82 degree heat to remove/install the AC. They did fastidious work in that heat, leaving the apartment spotless and with a beautifully operational AC. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing this kind of work.
