“Maid in Oahu made things really easy with the way their website is set up and with their flat rates. The customer reps are very professional and are on top of following up with you throughout the booking process. The only thing I would recommend customers do is ensure that they provide details about the property's condition that they want cleaned prior to the initial walkthrough, especially if it has not been maintained and kept clean. My unit was not in the best condition and was quite dirty, so the first cleaner they sent ended up not accepting the job after the initial walkthrough. This caused a week delay, which is why I must dock a star for this review. However, Maid in Oahu did their best to quickly bring in another cleaner that was willing to do the job after being shown photos of the unit. The second cleaner did a fantastic job in making the unit very clean and I'm very happy with it. They did end up taking an extra hour at additional cost, but that just goes to show that they were putting in real effort into cleaning the unit. So yes, try to save yourself the trouble if the property isn't very clean to begin with and be upfront about its condition. Otherwise, you may end up with a cleaner that isn't up to the task, so the extra information prior to the initial walkthrough may help them screen for the appropriate cleaner. Other than that, the process was very easy and convenient.”
