We did 3 rooms including some closets and there was furniture and such to move around... Brooke jumped right in and treated our furniture and items as if they were his own. Quite a comfort. The carpet not only looks great but it feels great again too. I've heard it said that having carpeting is the best air filtration system you could add to your house. Thankfully our water wasn't super nasty like it was last year. That's what happens when you skip a year or two. And it'll wear your carpet down faster. Go with Phoenix. You won't be disappointed.“

“A water main break in early hours of a Saturday morning caused extensive flooding of our home. MD Restoration arrived within an hour and evacuated the water efficiently, installing an industrial dehumidifier and measuring the moisture over the subsequent week. It was very helpful to have professionals with the right equipment as we would not have known there was water in the walls. We hired them for the abatement and repair as well. Rey and Justin were 5-star outstanding on the abatement and then putting things back in place. Without their help the delay to complete the repair work would have been even more frustrating. Aside of that would give 5-stars.“
