We were in the middle of a major reconstruction and were hobbling our 20 year unit along. Jerry Gordon gave me a quote in July. The day the construction ended in October, the old unit failed and my unit was installed the next day. For below the original quote. They installed it perfectly.I can't believe the unit. Even though this unit is a single stage and not energy star rated, I never hear it run, the app shows it has only run 7 hours in 11 days and every room is the same temperature now. I cant wait to see my electric bill next summer.I was deciding between Carrier and American Standard. Hands down American Standard. It is literally a Trane. The owner's manual...read full review

In property management, we don't always know who to trust. I know I can trust Titan EVERY time! They are always kind, professional, helpful and give great products and services at the best value. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
