Reviews
Last year I needed my downstairs unit replaced and got multiple quotes. Malone was by far the best. Service was excellent and I was very pleased with the customer service. This year (coldest week of the year so far) my upstairs unit went out. My son’s nursery is upstairs and it was essential to get it fixed. I initially contacted a different company for quote based on a friend’s suggestion. However, the quote seemed extreme and I was told the unit was not repairable. I decided to contact Malone for a second opinion and the tech was exceptional. He suggested I might not need a complete replacement and told me he thought a simple 200$ replacement may be the answer. Of course, there’s no guarantee as this is a 22 year old unit but I was relieved to hear the options. I now have heat upstairs and all of my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Malone Heat and Air to anyone looking for HVAC services. Top Notch.
