Thomas is definitely a 5 star keeper. He worked very professional and diligently in 39 degree weather and in the rain. He checked and doubled checked possible faults until it was unsafe to continue. Asked if he could come back today which he did. Found the problem and made repairs. This svc tech is one who will enhance the Malone Heating and It business. I highly recommend Malone Heating and Air
I called Malone when my upstairs furnace would not come on. They had a tech in the area and he was there in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also did a diagnostic check on our air conditioner system and suggested some minor work. Chad Russell, the tech was exceptional as a service person, most importantly before he departed he asked me if I had any questions about the work he performed for us. He was a great and highly competent service technician.
Ron was very professional and courteous. On his first visit he immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered replacement parts. He came out this morning and had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend Malone Heat and Air for all your HVAC needs!!! Excellent service!!!
