I needed an LP conversion kit installed in my packaged unit and I contacted Reeves to do the installation and start-up. Michael and his technicians promptly came out and installed the kit and programmed my t’stat accordingly (dual fuel). The technician (Bradley) was professional, courteous, and called me after the installation to let me know things were complete and to talk through how he programmed the system. I am extremely pleased with their services, and I highly recommend using Reeves for your HVAC needs!
Called for service on Sunday, from time placed call with answering service and time Tech (Bradley) arrived at my home was within 1 hr. He diagnosed problem, replaced part, checked and rechecked prior to leaving us with a cool house.Service: HVAC system maintenance
I have called Reeves a number of times. I have always been greeted with a friendly, helpful person. Even their answering service (after hours) is very friendly and helpful! I had an estimate from another company, and then I called Reeves. Their price was much better, and the work was excellent! Bradley, one of the techs, came to help with 2 other issues. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had the units running perfectly in a short time. I highly recommend Reeves Heating and Air to anyone who wants a fair, prompt, and quality service or repair!
