“I book my appointment online. I waited about a hour which is to be expected. Working in the medical field. I know time is of the essence when you see a patient. The medical staff and the Doctor was great. I found out something about my allergies that I never knew and the medications that I was taking so I was very grateful for that.“

I told my daughter that I am so accustomed to bad customer service these days that one someone is good at it - it stuns me. I also told her that when she gets her first job she needs to act EXACTLY like Kalihja. The PA was also excellent and gave a much more thorough sports physical than our pediatrician does for a full physical. All around great experience.“

“It took 9 months to get my son an appointment set. They called me back and had to reschedule. I had a confirmed text message with my new appointment. When I got to the office, Brianna Bridges informed me that my appointment was canceled. This receptionist was reading my body language before I could even express my concerns. She was already trying to come up with a situation. I was so worried about not being able to get in. I know she could see the panic and frustration that was within me. BRIANNA is the main reason for this review. This woman was amazing in every way and handled me like a boss between communication ,sincerity ,problem solver, and efficiency. She nailed it. And let me just note that this was all handed in about 15 mins. Her 15 mins of interaction made a difference in how I was viewing this establishment. The back of the house was just as amazing. They really took precautions on trying to figure out my child issues. It was a bumping start, but honestly, it was worth the 9-month wait to feel like my child is in good hands. And after 2 years of fighting this battle. I feel like im not alone, and I have hope and help figuring out the issue. Thank you to all the staff who made my experience life changing.“

“I really feel for the staff, people come in sick, complain because other sick people are being seen as quickly as they can, health insurance billing is a nightmare to begin with, but in my experience, they have been kind, caring, accommodating and Dr. Rikhter is one of our favorite doctors with a great bedside manner.We switched insurance and are dealing with not being able to choose our PCP, but we will be continuing with Perimeter Clinic as self-pay if they can't get us sorted...can't do anything more than put my money where my mouth is.“
