I did have to wait. It was only one provider working at the time. However, the entire staff was amazing. They comforted me. They made me feel wonderful, and that explained to me everything that was going on, I will go back if I need to

Customers appreciate the good news energy from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. The staff is amazing, very helpful, quick, and makes you feel at ease. They are cheerful and quickly sent people on their way for recovery. DR. Geoffrey, MD., is one of the most personable, caring, knowledgeable doctors. The staff was nice.

Excellent service from the moment you enter. Very warm, friendly , caring staff.
Took time to listen to your concern and explain what needs to be done. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them 10. Would definitely recommend Piedmont Urgent Care.

The customer service staff was very polite, and I truly appreciated their patience, attention to detail, and helpful support throughout the registration process.
The nurse was especially warm, caring, helpful, and very understanding. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. Based on the kindness, professionalism, and quality of care I received, I would feel confident recommending this facility to my family and friends should they ever need emergency care in the future.
Thank you to the entire staff for making a stressful situation a much more pleasant experience.
