Great experience!! Office staff were welcoming & friendly when I arrived. Was seen within a few minutes of signing in as well! The Dr answered all my questions & concerns ..left feeling good about my injury & care! Excellent service! Thanks!!
Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was caring and efficient, and Dr. Davis was outstanding. He listened to my concerns, was thorough in his evaluation, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care.
The provider was super nice and quick. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the front staff. Just not the best customer service skills. I had a hard time describing my pain and she appeared to be annoyed? Which, like, I get it…but at the same time…not the best feeling when I’m already struggling. Anyways, outside of that everything was great!
