“Ease of making appointment online was great; being prompted to fill in all of the medical and personal information before hand is convenient.Location; lots of easy parking. Not the greatest shopping center to makes lefts in or out of. I grew up down the road from here and remember this building as Blockbuster. :)Ambiance: clean, modern, sleek waiting room. A little quiet and sterile, but for what the building is, that's OK. Care/service: was there for my daughter, and we no longer live in the area. Chose this place based on my Dad's recommendation, location on Google maps, and that it had great hours of availability. The gal at the front wasn't too friendly, but maybe her coffee hadn't kicked in yet because she was really nice when we were departing. The nurse and the PA who we eventually saw in the back were so warm and professional. They really put my daughter at ease. From walking in the door with an online scheduled appointment of 10 to leaving was under an hour. We saw two other patients exit, and the building was very quiet. I imagine that the wait can be FAR longer during a busier time of the day, so I am so glad that our experience was a prompt and as pleasant as it was!“

“I would have given them 5 stars except for one person. The young woman at the reception is very rude. She has no business dealing with patients. She speaks to you in a rude, condescending way, like I'm a child, like I've done something wrong, and this is NOT the first time this has happened. The last time I was there at 8 am (when they open) she shows up at 8:20 and proceeds to question me and another patient in the waiting room with a nasty tone. The patient and I both just looked at each other like what the heck!!! ( Reacting because she was so rude). Then she begins complaining to the other staff, about how she has to do this and that.Maybe being on time would've helped.Mind you, we've already been helped by a Dr. who WAS there at 8.ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON and very off putting. Not the face or attitude of a professional practice, she looked like she'd just rolled out of bed.The rest of the staff is VERY pleasant.Dr. Lloyd and Dr. Rikhter and the other female Dr are amazing!. The nurses are super nice.Convenient location and I've never had a long wait.“

“Fantastic experience! The staff were amazing. The young lady (with red hair) that came in for my vitals, etc was marvellous - I apologize for not getting your name, but thank you!The I met with Ian (PA), was fully engaged in our conversation, made me feel at ease, and so kind. I highly recommend Peachtree Immediate Care in Roswell.“

“I used to be pretty nervous about going to urgent care. This place changed how I feel. They were all so kind and easygoing. Emily is the PA who helped me, and I really loved her demeanor. It was very clear that her only goal was to help me… it was the way all doctors should be. She even called me later that day to check on me, which seems so above-and-beyond for a physician who treats random people all day long. If all the PAs here are like her, I can’t recommend this place enough.“

“I am writing to explain my personal experience with Dr. Rikhter and this clinic. I have been a patient if his for close to twenty years and consider him to be one if the finest personal physicians I have ever had. He consistently shows obvious concern for me as an individual, takes the time to be sure I understand each aspect of diagnosis and treatment, always explains choices clearly, asks lots of questions and LISTENS to the answers, and never shows irritation at being questioned or challenged in the event that I might have another idea about my own treatment. Specifically, some years back I was tested with very high cholesterol levels (which remain high today). He prescribed Lipitor after explaining possible adverse effects. After two weeks of using it I threw it away as it was making me feel tired, sore and old. A friend who had gone into the hospital for a heart attack mentioned an arterial/heart scan that his doctors had suggested should be given to all suspect patients (including those with high cholesterol). When I queried Dr. Rikhter about this, rather than resisting, he corroborated that this would be worth investigating. Long story short, the test corroborated that while cholesterol levels in my blood are high I have virtually zero blockage. He went on to suggest a further "stress" test, just to be sure, and after clearing that he suggested that he could see no compelling reason for me to go on statins (Lipitor or otherwise), even though stAtistics suggest otherwise. I have his blessing to continue without medication, just repeating the routine tests every five years. I could cite any number of other specific experiences with his professional staff, nurses, et al, and not a single negative experience on almost twenty years. I will agree that the front office has at times seemed aggressive with regard to billing, and not always as organized as I wish it were. On the other hand I have always been informed of lab results and had follow up calls, mostly by my doctor in person, on an extremely timely basis. Again, the information has been clear, patiently delivered, and I am always given the chance to ask questions or state any concerns. Once I praised Dr. Rikhter to one of his PA's who was leaving his practice. Her parting words were that even though she had once worked for Johns Hopkins in Baltimore (one of the nations most widely recognized teaching hospitals) she felt so strongly about Dr. Rikhter that she would be flying back from New Hampshire (or Vermont) every year to see him for her annual physical. I corroborate this kind of enthusiasm.“

“I never post reviews of places but I felt like I needed to. This vet hospital cares. My puppy was hit by a car on a Saturday, we rushed her to the hospital and they quoted us an initial amount that wasn't too much at all. After testing, it was recommended she stay in the hospital. We left her and received a ton of updates. She's home now and is doing so much better. Dr. Shih has been our emergency vet for 2 pets now and I recommend him to anyone. As far as high pricing causing lower reviews, get pet insurance. Pets aren't cheap and neither is what they need done! I will continue coming back here if anything pops up.“

“My family has been patients here for over 10 years. I do personally favor the Sandy Springs location over the Decatur location but have no complaints about Decatur. Only bad experience was a man who was new at Decatur I believe he might have been a nurse and he was checking me in at front desk. Was by far the ugliest encounter I have ever had at a doctor's office. Immediately he was handled and I never saw him again at either location. Pretty sure he was let go. I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. One of my adult children is also now seen here for my same rare condition. If you have been treated badly for ongoing issues and conditions that won't happen at PCC in Sandy Springs.“
