Excellent care, prior, during, and post-appointment! All associates were friendly and helpful! The facility was very clean complete with hand hygiene stations and aseptically-stored instruments. Cristina, PA, was very attentive, knowledgeable, and appropriately conservative in her treatment plan, all presented with a jovial bedside manner. If I had one criticism, it would be the 45-minute wait despite having made an advance appointment. Otherwise, thank you for wonderful service!
Sign in was efficient. Waiting room was comfortable. I was pleased to find that they had X-ray equipment and competent techs and doctors to diagnose my injury and refer me to the appropriate lab and specialist for follow up.
I've had trouble getting scheduled to see a physician for the longest time, so it was such a relief when doing so at this location was easy. I walked in, within 20 minutes got seen and had my concerns addressed professionally and with care, and was sent on my way with my necessary prescriptions. The whole thing was so smooth, I was out in under an hour. I would definitely visit again!
