I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this urgent care facility. All the staff were nice. I did wait a little past my appointment time, but it was worth the wait. I saw Sydney Stoneback and she listened to my concerns and had a great bedside manner. Overall, a nice experience all considering the reason you’d be at an urgent care factory:
The bill hasn’t arrived, so we will see how that goes, but I expected sub-par service and dismissal to go to the hospital. The staff did none of that. They were respectful and helpful at check-in, vitals check, X-rays and diagnoses. I’m very impressed. I recommend.
The staff was friendly and very helpful, and knowledgeable. The PA was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. She was also knowledgeable and help me to understand what was going on with me medically. I am very appreciative of the medical team.
