In my two Covid visits (diagnosed and follow up), Dr. Willoughby and Dr. Swindell were excellent. They were personable, kind, thoughtful and thorough. I appreciated their helpfulness, explanations and answering my questions! A very positive experience both times! Thank you!!

I think there may have been only one PA on staff, so wait was over an hour. But hey, the place was clean, professionally run, and got it done in way less time than a 5 hour ER experience, thank goodness.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The online check-in was easy and helped expedite the process upon arrival. The center was very clean, the staff were extremely kind and professional, and there was very little wait time. I was examined and prescribed what I needed for bronchitis and out within 15 minutes of being in the exam room. I will go back there for future needs of urgent care. It’s a great option to waiting for an appointment with a PCP.
