“I was a walk in, knew I needed X-ray of my foot. I was checked in immediately and seen very quickly. Nurse Zorona was wonderful. After initial weight and BP and Ox levels check, I was taken to X-ray. State of the art machine. Three views were taken. Then PA Marissa Goolsby looked at them and said she did not see break(s). She allowed me to snap photos of the screen to show my Orthopedic doctor. Then fit me for a soft show for compression and pain relief.“

“Though not our primary care medical facility, we needed an appointment for my wife for an urgent care matter. The location and quick availability of the appointment were convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. It was clear that it is a facility that serves the local immigration population evidenced by signage and fliers in various languages. This helped my wife (herself a foreign national) feel comfortable and well received. It's great to know that Clarkston Primary and Urgent Care is available if needed in the future.“

“I’ve been to many locations but this one by far was the best experience that I’ve ever had at any Piedmont Urgent Care. Tabatha in the front office was amazing and got me checked in with a breeze, she was very pleasant and was very engaging. Alisha and Jessika took care of me during preparation for the provider Bridgette. They both had great personalities which made me very comfortable and at ease. Bridgette was so informative and helpful with narrowing her focus on my symptoms and making very accurate recommendations. Best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by.10/10 highly recommend!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!“

“I would have given them 5 stars except for one person. The young woman at the reception is very rude. She has no business dealing with patients. She speaks to you in a rude, condescending way, like I'm a child, like I've done something wrong, and this is NOT the first time this has happened.The last time I was there at 8 am (when they open) she shows up at 8:20 and proceeds to question me and another patient in the waiting room with a nasty tone.The patient and I both just looked at each other like what the heck!!! ( Reacting because she was so rude). Then she begins complaining to the other staff, about how she has to do this and that.Maybe being on time would've helped.Mind you, we've already been helped by a Dr. who WAS there at 8.ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON and very off putting. Not the face or attitude of a professional practice, she looked like she'd just rolled out of bed.The rest of the staff is VERY pleasant.Dr. Lloyd and Dr. Rikhter and the other female Dr are amazing!. The nurses are super nice.Convenient location and I've never had a long wait.“

“We have been going to this urgent care for years. We have never had any issues. I usually go right when they open to avoid being there too long because it definitely can get packed at times. They used to let you schedule a time online but since Covid you just have to wing it. Everyone has always been friendly and service has always been top notch. I have 2 children and like I said we have been at this location several times. The only issue we have ever had was my daughter needed antibiotics for strep throat and I was told that I may have an issue with stock of the antibiotic. When I went to CVS I was told there was none within 20 mins from my location. I called to the urgent care and asked them to change the prescription to a different antibiotic and the doctor refused and they suggested I find a different pharmacy. I explained I did not plan on spending my Saturday searching for medication. And if I told you she was allergic you would have no choice to change the prescription, they still refused. The next day I called 2 walgreens before finding it. Went to pick it up only to be told they do not accept my insurance. Was told to go to the Walmart which was across the street and luckily it was in stock and they took my insurance. Again this was one doctor and 1 incident. And we have been here several times so I will keep my 5 star rating. Last time I was at a regular emergency room THAT took forever. Ill take CHOA anyday!“
“This place is amazing! I came in for a DOT exam. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. Not like a fake professional where everyone just says yes to whatever. If someone didn't know the correct answer they found the right person to ask. The nurse made the process seamless and comfortable. Did I mention they had Costco water? They are fancy and professional. What more can you ask for?“
