I received the care I needed when I needed it.
I received a referral to a dermatologist for a rash.
However, I was caught off guard by the bill I received in the mail, since my Primary Care Physician is with Piedmont. Because I did a same day virtual visit with a Nurse Practitioner. It was more accommodating than waiting for an appointment at the clinic.

If I could give more stars, I would! Sheryl was amazing. This lady knows her stuff--clinical and insurance. It's quite impressive. She is efficient, thorough, personable...I can't say enough good about Sheryl. I felt well cared for clinically and financially. She even walked over to the Pharmacy counter with me to ensure my medication order went through properly. Stellar patient care and customer service!

Safiah Vafaeian was great. Having had asthma all my life, she trusted that I know my body. She prescribed the appropriate meds and I promised her I’d call back with any issues. Easy to schedule and Medicare covers the video call.
