I would have given them 5 stars except for one person. The young woman at the reception is very rude. She has no business dealing with patients. She speaks to you in a rude, condescending way, like I'm a child, like I've done something wrong, and this is NOT the first time this has happened.The last time I was there at 8 am (when they open) she shows up at 8:20 and proceeds to question me and another patient in the waiting room with a nasty tone.The patient and I both just looked at each other like what the heck!!! ( Reacting because she was so rude). Then she begins complaining to the other staff, about how she has to do this and that.Maybe being on time would've helped.Mind...read full review

I have been a patient of Dr Rikhter for over 20 years. He is an awesome person, very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I credit him with life saving care when I had unknowingly had kidney failure years ago. His quick action ensured I was hospitalized quickly, and made a full recovery. I have referred many friends and they all feel the same, that he is absolutely excellent. I can't say enough good things about Dr Rikhter.

I never put a 5star on clinics before!I have been to many clinics, but this clinic was the best regarding the friendliness and customer service of the doctor and staff.I haven't got the billing yet which is scary?, but I wish I had found this clinic along time ago.
