We woke up in the morning and our hot water heater was out. It was Christmas Eve and Dave made a special trip to make sure our weekend was not spoiled. “This work was done a while back and with the freezing temperatures, made me think about the excellent service I received.

It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.“

“I reached out At Your Service Plumbing through Thumbtack at 11pm. I wasn't expecting a response because it was so late. With in minutes he responded, I explained my issue, then booked my appointment.

Edward arrived on time and his service was exceptional. He even pointed out some safety issues with my plumping that needed to be addressed. I will be using him again. His quality of work was spot on he used empathy and care with answering my questions. Very professional, I highly recommend his services to anyone.“

“Unfortunately, we had a leak at our house while I was out of town working. My wife noticed it and called me. It’s a helpless feeling to know your family needs you and there is nothing you can do. My wife called Emergency Water Damage & Josh and his team were at my house within an hour. He communicated and kept me in the loop even with me being out of town. He came in and handled EVERYTHING. When I say everything, they handled things I did not even think of them handling. They were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with. They worked with our insurance company and were even able to meet our adjuster at the house so my wife didn’t have to. You WILL NOT find a more professional company. And to hear my wife (when she returned to the house) rave about how clean they left the place despite the damage and now awaiting repairs, just made the experience better. Happy wife, happy life, right? No one wants to experience such loss and events, but should I ever need such a company again, our ONLY call will be Emergency Water Damage!!! Thank you all!!!“

I thought he would have to cut into several areas of my finished basement because the contractor had sealed over the pressure relief valve he needed to access. However, after listening for just a moment, he knew exactly where it had been covered.
