Andrew came today to repair a part on the toilet that he installed for us earlier this year. The problem was a defect in the part and had nothing to do with the install. Andrew is wonderful, both in professional ability and in personality. He answered questions we had, gave suggestions on fixtures that may need replacing down the road. We have used Plumbworks for our plumbing needs, for many years. Every person who has represented Plumbworks and come to our house for plumbing repairs is fantastic. Jerome is very knowledgeable about the Kohler smart toilets and did a great job repairing ours.
However the toilets are extremely costly to purchase and to maintain.
