I really want a better customer service experience, whether it’s on the phone or in person. I booked my appts 2 weeks in advance. It’s already hard to get appointments. Slots are always full and limited availability. I haven’t been able to consistently get the same stylist, even if I like them because the same person is never available. Fortunately the last couple stylist I’ve had have been good and no problems with them. My main issue, I booked, paid a deposit which is half the service price, confirm my appointments, then as a business, you don’t call me until the day of within an hour of my appointment when I’m on my way to tell me you would have to cancel because the wrong service was booked. No other explanation. This person that called, said only because I put a description in the notes section of exactly what I wanted an exception would be made this time. I didn’t understand the attitude. Is it protocol that you don’t look at your client appointments till the day of even after confirming a week or two in advance? When I asked if there was a price difference she said no. If there is a style that the “stylist “ I book cannot do, price change, or time that it takes to do it changes then tell me that but she didn’t say any of the above. Only that I booked the wrong option and it would be canceled but giving an exception because of the note. That was an unprofessional way to handle it. Why don’t you offer a solution instead. Deposits paid and appointments confirmed so for future reference, if the wrong style is booked call the client in advance to get a clarification. If it’s a problem that the stylist does not do that particular style, then let’s change it to what they can do in the time frame booked for amount paid. A solution/resolution first before resulting to automatic cancellation last minute cause that doesn’t make since. And when booking, if certain stylist don’t do certain things, block them off from the scheduling section when booking. There was no description of the style so I booked what I thought it was by mistake and fortunately you do have a comment/note section. When I arrived at my appointment, I asked the receptionist if she was the one who called me and said no, with the look of confusion. I asked my stylist and she said no as well. I explained what happened and she said she didn’t know who called and no one else spoke up so it’s a mystery and she didn’t give a name on the phone. Please do better.

Excellent service all the way around. My mini-split units were not blowing out cold air. The service technicians took their time servicing my units until they were functioning correctly. I was able to work on my clients while they worked without being interrupted. They are professional. They showed up on time and ready to work. Definitely call them for Al your HVAC needs.

Found this location while doing a search of braiding shops near me. I called on a Thursday evening and was able to get an appointment for Friday morning at 6. The shop was clean and everyone was friendly and professional. My box braids were done in no time. I will definitely be returning.

Hair tech did a wonderful job coloring my hair, trimming, and giving me a blow out. I was especially impressed with the outcome of the coloring. They were very kind and respectful and even offered me pizza the employees had just ordered while I was waiting and allowed me to borrow a charger. My only complaint is the time it took. I understand that multi-tasking is part of the job at times but doing 4 + heads simultaneously creates a bad experience for some like myself. A rough estimated wait time should be given initially because I was there for 5hrs despite them starting the coloring right away. Aside from them being understaffed, and taking too long, I'd recommend this place for my natural hair girls. I had 0 heat damage. Solid spot!

First of all, the shampoo was everything. The products used made my scalp feel amazing and clean! I got medium knotless, and baby, the service was bomb and quick. Libby and Caroline worked on my hair and they both were very welcoming and down to earth with me. I will definitely be back.

We obtained multiple bids for both wood and tile flooring. We ended up choosing America Flooring Systems because they were competitively priced alongside the other reputable flooring contractors and instilled a sense of confidence that they would provide the very best results / satisfaction assured.
Ray spent as much time needed to answer all of our questions, talk through all the obstacles/barriers and pros/cons of each option and how best to transition to each room.
We ended up choosing large 4'x2' beautiful shiny tile which are notoriously difficult to properly lay. Ray's team picked up all the tile and were very meticulous in ensuring our subfloor was level and the layout of the tile were perfect and ensured the design flowed from one tile to the next. We are extremely happy with the end result of each room. Regardless of the extra work they encountered, Ray did not try to alter his price to account for it.
We will have America Flooring back to replace additional flooring and to refinish our existing wood floors.

We had Vincent (Jack) with Classic Design Home Repairs come out to repair and remodel our master bath due to a water leak. I was impressed from the start as he was on time to give us the quote. Once the repairs started, he was on time everyday. He was very professional even laying out paper on our hardwood floors and carpet in the bedroom as to not track dirt into the house. The work took about 3 weeks as it was a pretty big job. We are 100% satisfied with our whole experience dealing with this company. He was referred to us because of the awesome work he does. We have several more projects to do in our home and they will be our first call! I don't normally write reviews (even though I read them when looking for something) but I had to tell whoever is reading this about the great experience we had. We were dealing with a water leak that caused severe damage to the front of our house. We hired PDQ to do the work. Chuck and his team did a great job. They were very thorough and addressed all of our concerns. This was an expensive repair project but you get what you pay for. During the demolition, they realized the damage was worse than we initially thought. Chuck was clear in the communication in the very beginning. We understood that the initial estimate could change based on the extent of the damage.
Once the work began, the team arrived on time every day. If there were any necessary changes to the schedule, Chuck made sure to contact us beforehand. The team made sure that they cleaned up and removed all trash at the end of every day. They took care to not damage any other parts of the house. When the work was completed, Chuck sent a person to clean the house since the amount of work caused the house to be very dusty.

Five paws up. I was so glad when Mommy got home from work. I ran right over to her to be picked up , I wanted to.love my Mommy but I also needed her to see I didn't feel good and I was so hot my paws were on fire. Mommy felt them she grabbed her keys wrapped me in a blanket and took me to Stockbridge Animal Clinic. I have been there before when I was a little kitten. Now I am a big 6 month old handsome boy . My Daddy tells me all the time. Mommy walks in she feels nervous she says as she kisses my head oh honey I hope they see you it is almost closing time. Mommy says something is wrong he is that's me Simon hot as fire, I don't know what's wrong with him. They ask Mommy my name she always so proud to say Simon Jacob. Jacob was my brother he died right before I was born. Mommy misses him and tells me how big and special my brother was he lived to be 14 and Stockbridge Vet was his Dr to so I know there good Mommy says so . Ok so who is this lady that just walked in , Mommy is talking to her alot , I just don't feel good ?. Mommy puts me down on the counter , hey lady watch that does go in there. Mommy what's wrong why you upset . Hey Daddy ,my Daddy just walked in he loves me so much he gives me kisses I love Daddy kisses. Ms Angie tells Mommy ok good boy Dr Wagner will be in soon. I want to lay down , oh yeah my Daddy's chest. Man I don't feel good ,now my Daddy and Mommy are worried. Mommy is worried about money Daddy says we will be ok it is our boy. Hey Dr Wagner I know you. Don't I look like a big now I am 6 months old. Oh I.like when he pets my ears. Dr I don't feel good ,I am so hot my fever is high almost 105 help me. Dr you are checking everything and I mean everything. Mommy seems happy that I am going to be ok and she said wow I didn't expect that I actually thought it was going to be more. Daddy what is Iv, Steroid shot and Antibiotic shot and liquid meds for 10 days? Daddy Ms Angie is back what is that big medal pole and bag? Daddy no that hurts , I am going to bite her. Daddy that feels cold ?. Ok that's over with now what is Ms Angie doing she is poking me again . Mommy ask how she should give me my liquid huh what's that? Mommy she is making me take this stuff in the back of my throat make her stop. Ok is everything over with? I want my Daddy give me my Daddy. Mommy sure does talk to Ms Angie alot she is teaching Mommy how to cut my nails so it don't hurt ,I guess that's ok. Hey Ms Angie I am sorry I tried to bite you ,I just don't feel good thank you for making me feel better oh and Dr Wagner ?. Mommy is smiling she is happy I am soon to feel better. Why does Mommy tell Daddy that this is the greatest vet ever? Daddy talks to the girls up front he likes them like Mommy does there really nice. Mommy says they were there when my brother Jacob was alive they took care of him like they take care of me now.Everyone is so nice ,I am so tired Mommy can I ride home with Daddy wait I am so sleepy ? I guess I ride home with Mommy. Dr Wagner and his staff are so nice to.me ! I know I am going to feel better in the morning. 5 paws up yall are awesome!!!
