My first experience was wonderful with Kiki. I let her know I really wanted alot of my hair cut off to get rid of a lot of fairy knots and split ends to get my hair back healthy so that my afro could be back fabulous. My biggest concern was how my hair was going to manipulated during the wash and shampoo since I have a tight curl pattern. There were no worries to be had at all. Kiki was extra gentle, no ripping. I got steam hydration and protein treatment. She did my first silk press ever and showed me how much she was cutting and why. I really appreciated how she asked questions about my home routine and offered better solutions for a healthy hair regimen. My hair feels safe in her hands and I'm really really excited to be booking my next appointment with her.
I have been using RCI, Inc. for decades and they have always been reliable, honest, and professional. They are excellent when you have a problem like a leak or something unexpected, but they are also great for routine maintenance and keeping your home in good shape.
What I appreciate most is that they take the time to explain what is going on and fix the problem the right way, not just the quick way. They show up when they say they will, do quality work, and I have always trusted their recommendations.
It is hard to find service companies you can rely on for years, but RCI has been that company for me. I highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs, maintenance, or home plumbing needs.

This company has expert technicians who can troubleshoot Hvac systems. I call Gavin and Miguel the AC Doctors. This team is exceptionally knowledgeable about resolving your Hvac System issues. Gavin and Miguel work on every part of the Hvac System by checking different aspects as they work on it. They know how to take it all apart and put it back together which is impressive to observe. The Hvac Doctors do not stop until they find the source of the issue. In the end, the air conditioner was cooling at the correct temperature. They are also provide service with a smile which is always a plus. These guys work after hours if there is an emergency. Gavin and Miguel don't stop unless the job is done.
Darnell, having years of experience in the industry, quickly and methodically found and resolved an issue, with a professionalism that unfortunately is difficult to find these days. Definitely a go-to guy.

As stated by many others, Hawk Construction and Home Improvement, LLC did a FANTASTIC job remodeling my home. We had interior walls removed to provide a more open concept, added French doors, Master bathroom enlarged and remodeled, Master closet enlarged, Hall bath overhauled, All upated spaces repainted, and a huge 16x16 ft deck added to my backyard. Everything is beautiful!! The work was top quality and the workers were very respectful of my home. They cleaned up at the end of each day, leaving my family room to maneuver and carry on our daily activities. Most of all, Stan (a.k.a. Hawk) either came by or called daily to check progress and make adjustments as necessary. They also finished ALL Work in less than 30 days!!! His Company was worth every penny we paid them!! As compared to the horror stories you hear about with other contractors, this company provided us a TRULY OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!!
I tried to work with 3 other construction companies before finding this one! DJD Construction kept rescheduling. Some guy named Campos gave an estimate and wouldn’t respond to schedule the beginning of the project. I was about ready to give up.I sent Hawk Construction an email and got a response within 24 hrs. The Senior Project Manager, Jerome, came by a couple of days after that and emailed me a comprehensive estimate 2 days later. We were able to get started the next week and it was such a pleasant experience. Jerome and Vincent were very responsive to emails, calls, and texts and the workers they used were always respectful of my home. Even though I added a few requests, they still finished 1.5 weeks before the project was scheduled to be complete. I was able to remodel my kitchen, finish my basement, and add a room in the basement in less than a month.I had a few do-it-yourself projects that I was trying to do at the same time, and Vincent would even give me some directions with those. It felt like they genuinely cared about my family and my home. I have some other things I’d like to do this year and I can’t imagine even getting another estimate from a different company. Dr. Karen is such a gem. She's knowledgeable in the herbs and I appreciate that she sits with you to let you know what herbs may work best for you on a in-take form. I have visited about 3 times now for a V-Steam and I am noticing a difference. I received V-Steams before, however they were not personable. Dr. Karen provides excellent customer service. Lastly, I have also tried the oxygen bar, this is an experience as well and you feel refreshed after 1 use of the oxygen bar. You owe it to yourself to go! Also, be ready to purchase some tea if you are a tea drinker (delicious)!!

They slayed my hair and shout out to my Braider she did it with her baby on her back and it took a longer time than we planned but it was exactly what I wanted and everyone was so mice and professional and the energy was nice in there I appreciated that the most some stylists are rude they were all laughing and working together to finish up and my Braider due to it taking a little longer had to have her kids there but despite that they were all very sweet and well behaved and you can tell they are raised on love.
