She always keeps her place clean and inviting. She is timely and communication before and during the appointment is always top tier. 10/10 for all around service.
I wasn't sure what to expect as my experiences in Georgia with getting my haircut have not been great this experience was the best experience I have had thus far. She made me feel very comfortable. We were able to talk. She was on time and was able to give me the haircut I wanted. Exactly what I wanted not something kinda like it but exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and I will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely LOVE the staff here! The physical therapists, doctors and the receptionist Crystal are so warm, informative and helpful. They truly want to see you at your best. Totally recommend that you allow them to assist in your recovery process!

I had such a great experience at Hair Experience to Remember!! It’s rare to get someone who specializes in hair CARE. I expressed concerns about my hair, and Dai gave me options and wanted me to feel comfortable. She did a natural style with braids in the front and two strand twists and the back, and I loved it! So neat and it has lasted for two weeks (just like Dai said it would lol). I really appreciated the education and transparency Dai provides throughout the entire service. She asks about your routine, offers suggestions for products based on her expertise, and answers any questions you have. Also, that wash.. best I’ve ever experienced, gentle but still felt cleansing. Dai is so sweet and knowledgeable, and I would run back to her chair!

I've had an amazing weekend and I have done all the things... And it started with great hair done by Kim at Genius Hair!
She's a professional: timely, skilled, personable. I like that she asked questions to get to know my preferences and offered suggestions that would fit my look.
She cut layers into my hair that held style through an outdoor date night, a concert of singing and dancing, interstate travel, and a good recovery nap! I got lots of compliments. She shared knowledge of the products used and took really great care of my hair.
Based on my first visit, I highly recommend and will be back myself soon!

My cousin had her crochet locs done by Kim and they looked really good, so I came through. Kim is a good communicator, responsive to texts, and has a pleasant personality. She does a great and quick job (about 3 hrs).The shop itself was a nice vibe. Not fancy but not tore down either. I love that the female clients were all getting “natural” looking hairstyles - braids, locs, twists. No burnt hair smell in here! And there is a beauty supply store next door with many options of hair and other products.And the male barber was taking care of business! Perfect cuts and styling. He had a lot of teen clients brought in by their parents. I heard him tell one of them to needs to bring his report card in the next time. :-)It was refreshing to read a “be respectful, no cursing,” sign. And the stylists conversation amongst each other wasn’t mean gossip. Kind gossip and a lot of talk about food. Lol!
D did an amazing job cleaning up Ellison’s head! We walked in without calling first and was served immediately. We told him what we wanted (a low fade) and he took care of it from there! So pleased with everything!! 5 star worthy!!

Adam did an excellent job of cutting my hair and went the extra mile to trim my eyebrows and my side burns!!! Was very thorough and did details to make it look really good when he was done!!! I highly recommend this location if you want to get a good quality done haircut!!!

Place is fantastic! The workers there are attentive. It may seem at times they don’t notice you or can’t get to you in a fashionable time, but I promise they are know and are easy to work with. I’ve talked to other customers who’s driven 1 hour away to get their nails done here.

I love Rain! I been coming to Rain since March 2025. During my first visit she gave me a thorough consultation and we established a plan for my hair. I am relaxed and come every 2 weeks for a rollerset. Since coming to her I've requires less trims and my hair is getting healthier. She truly cares about the health of your hair. The shampoo is the best part! Overall I cannot recommend her enough. I enjoy every appointment. We laugh amd truly have a great time. I will continue to book her ???

I had a great experience on Thursday evening. I walked in showed the design that I wanted, and I got it done the same day. Everyone was very nice, friendly and welcoming, I would definitely go back if I wanted to get another tattoo.
Don't underestimate Dr Tu based on her height, I have found that she is more than able and so professional. I found her to be a very caring and sweet doctor.
