I had a wonderful experience with Northwest Exterminating! Brian recently came to my home to treat the inside of my living space, and he was absolutely outstanding.
From the moment he arrived, Brian was professional, approachable, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made me feel comfortable knowing my home was in good hands. You could tell he truly knows his craft. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor, which made the entire visit enjoyable.

I’ve recently had several issues with wasps and wasp nests around my front porch and in my attic. I had the pleasure of working with two Northwest technicians on separate occasions—Glenn and Casey ( the supervisor) and both provided exceptional service.
Glenn was amazing! He was kind, professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my home was thoroughly treated. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that everything was being handled properly.
