I'm only giving 3 stars because my sister had a good experience, otherwise I'd only give one. Got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good but the lady that did my nails was awful. She had her phone on speaker with a zoom call the whole time even when she had AirPods. Something was even said to her and she continued to have it on speaker. I then told her I wanted the white part of my French tips thinner and she said she'd fix it later but the way she "fixed" it was by cutting down my nails till I finally told her that was enough. Like my nails aren't even long enough to cover my fingertips now! I understand the white has to go down so far to cover the natural color...read full review

The renovations is nice & spacious. They're definitely doing great on business but the unfortunate thing is that every time you go they say there is no wait which is a lie! They have more people available to do pedicures but not enough to do nails. I haven't been here in quite some time. I decided to go again since it was close but they did the exact thing they did 2 years ago by saying there was no wait. They sat me down immediately to get my nails done but no one came to me until 40 minutes later. When the gentleman did begin to do my nails 20 minutes into it he stopped and finished another woman which took 10 minutes away from me. Very sad...
