I go to Misha. She gets me right everytime. She's very personable. She thoroughly listened to me and came up with a plan to accomplish the look I was aiming for. I absolutely love my hair. And I love the services I receive at Urban Lotus. I'd recommend any and everyone to treat themselves here!
To quickly summarize this review...BOOK BOOK BOOK!!! This is hands down the best salon in the metro Atlanta area and my stylist Chelsea is beyond amazing!
I found Urban Lotus at the lowest part of my hair journey. After being natural for 10 years, I was given a permanent straightening treatment at another salon unbeknowst to my knowledge. I thought I was just getting a regular keratin treatment until I was casually infomred at the end of my service that "this is permanent".
After that, I began experiencing alot of breakage and felt extremely discouraged. If you've ever transitioned before, you know it's not something you want to do twice.
