My son broke his brand new pair of glasses not even a week after receiving them. Totally distraught, I took them in to see if they could be repaired! I was able to keep the new frames for a $10 and just purchase the lenses I needed with the improved visions. They fitted and cleaned them well and were very pleasant. “Always a great experience when I go in (and I’ve been going here for years). Went in February 2024 when I paid in full for my glasses. I received my great new glasses about 2-3 weeks later as scheduled. About 6 weeks ago, I received a bill in the mail. Called and they said they would take care of it. Today (while the amount is lower this time), another bill came in the mail. I’ve never had a problem but I understand they are now under new ownership. So, beware - the quote you get and agree to upfront will possibly/probably not be correct.“
