This shop feels very honest and transparent. They really just want to help you get the care you need. Not pushy or overbearing like I've experienced at Pearle Vision. They were delayed on my shipment (contacts), and provided extra pairs of contacts in response to my need. I greatly appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!!
I was looking to get my glasses fixed, I was in town for a work project. I called and Min answered And told me to come over they would take care of it right away. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They tried to charge me five dollars! I gave them 20 they were very appreciative. Who does that anymore? If your local support this business, I travel a bit and I really appreciate exceptional service. They had a nice selection of eyewear and if I had more time, I was tempted to get another pair! A++
