In my 39 years, I have never received such customer service perfection from every single person on staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful & I felt very heard and taken care of which was beyond wonderful. Speaking of wonderful, Dill (like the pickle) is nothing short of a optometric technician hero. He's one of the most charismatic, hilarious, caring, compassionate, radiantly positive, and just plain LOVELY humans I have ever met and it was SUCH a pleasure to be in his care and even just his presence. Awesome customer service and details. Micheal is an absolute best at explaining what was needed. Liz didn't break under pressure with clients, she remained very professional. Allyson was just great when I picked up my glasses answer all questions and explained through what to do and not. They have a really good team who truly understands customer service this means everything.

The service here was absolutely amazing. Dell and Allison were absolutely phenomenal! Please give them a raise, they stayed late with us, since it was 3 of us. (Past closing time)They were both very knowledgeable and we felt like we were celebrities. Please thank them for us and tell them to continue the great work!
