The optometrist was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain the examination results in a clear and reassuring manner. My daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire visit, which made the experience much easier for her. They offer many options and disciplines ranging from basic eye exams, to refractions, contact lens fittings, and low vision services. They are also continuously looking to better serve their patients with increased staff training and the addition of diagnostic equipment like OCTs and visual field testers. “After going to the same eye doctor for years for both my annual eye exams and my kids' yearly appointments, I was disappointed to learn they no longer accepted my children's vision insurance. Last year was the first time I had to find a new eye care provider.

Unfortunately, that experience wasn't a good one. It felt like everything revolved around making extra money. When one of my kids' glasses broke, I was told I would have to pay out of pocket even though the glasses were supposed to be covered under warranty. It made me question what the warranty was actually for.

This year, I decided not to go back. After doing some research, I chose EyeBelieve Eyecare & Optical because it's close to my home, and I'm so glad I did.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our visit. The office was clean, there was plenty of parking, and the exam equipment was modern and up to date.

The doctor gave each of us a thorough eye exam and took the time to clearly explain my oldest daughter's eye condition. She has been interested in trying contact lenses, and I really appreciated that they offered her a trial fitting to determine whether contacts would be a good option for her. At our previous eye doctor, we were told we would need to schedule a separate contact lens exam that would have cost over $200. It was refreshing to find a practice that genuinely focuses on helping patients instead of looking for ways to charge for every additional service.

My youngest daughter needs special glasses, and the doctor carefully explained the different types of bifocals available and helped us understand which option would work best for her. I appreciated that they took the time to answer our questions instead of rushing us through the appointment.

The selection of glasses covered by our insurance was excellent, with plenty of stylish, high-quality frames to choose from. Unlike our previous office, the frames didn't feel cheap or flimsy. I also love my own glasses—they're incredibly lightweight and flexible, so I barely notice I'm wearing them. They don't put any pressure behind my ears, making them comfortable enough to wear all day, especially since I spend most of my workday on the computer.

We were told our glasses would be ready in about two weeks, but they actually arrived sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

I haven't had to use the warranty yet, and I hope I won't need to if my kids can avoid breaking or losing their glasses this year. If I do end up needing it, I'll be sure to update my review with that experience as well.

Overall, we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and never made us feel rushed/pressured. It was refreshing to find an office that truly puts patients first rather than trying to upsell unnecessary services. We definitely plan to continue bringing our family here, and I highly recommend EyeBelieve Eyecare & Optical to anyone looking for honest, professional, and compassionate eye care.“
