The Eye Center
“This was me and my wife’s first eye exam with The Eye Center in Conyers, GA. My wife was there for the first time with an eye irritation a few weeks prior, saw Dr Healey and had a great experience. I accompanied her and immediately could see how well run this office is. The entire staff works very well together and are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Erica did my initial testing, was pleasant, great at explaining the testing and answering all of my questions. Dr Healey did my eye exam. He was attentive when asking me questions and when I asked him questions. He was very thorough with my exam and personable whether we were talking about my eye care, our backgrounds or sports. He also walked me out of the exam room to show me options for oversized sun glasses to wear over my eyeglasses and eyeglass sun clip ons before bringing me over to optical team member Kate. Kate shared a work station with Kathy. They are excellent counterparts. Kate mainly helped my wife and I pick out glasses, work up the insurance coverage/pricing while Kathy assisted when needed or just to help out when she wasn’t helping another customer. They were both extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the entire process. They were both also very personable and easy to talk to. Danielle the office/staff manager also passed by to say hello. My wife saw Dr. Coffini this time for her eye exam and was very pleased. I would trust anyone in this practice to assist me. The overall process and experience with the entire staff was excellent! Thank you all. My wife and I highly recommend The Eye Center in Conyers, GA!!!”
