Had cataract surgery and needed to change my sunglasses -- Patrick was so helpful with all aspects of my visit. From helping with insurance and colors to choose. VERY thankful.Fermida was also very helpful. They were a great TEAM trying to figure out how to best to help me use insurance

Fehmida gave me exceptional service when she notified me that my Insurance on my contacts was only eligible for a one time service once a year! I was on my last pair and in desperate need! She was able to give me a discount and I walked away a Happy Client! Thank You Fehmida!!!!!

This location is great! I generally like MyEyeDr because they have one integrated system so no matter what location you go to, they can see your past history. Each doctor I've seen has been great. I don't know how someone could be a "bad" eye doctor LOL. The differentiating factor is the front desk staff. They are really strict about being late, and the cutoff is usually 15 minutes. Last year at another nearby location, I even called in advance and because I was 16 minutes late, they said I had to reschedule. And there was no other appointment for weeks. This year I was late as well. However, this location was so nice. They looked at the schedule, and asked the doctor if he could try to squeeze me in. Of course they advised that I would have to sit and wait 30-45 minutes if I wanted to take the chance. I had time so I didn't mind. In the meantime, I looked for new frames. If y'all wear glasses- you know this process can take a long time. About 30 minutes later the doctor was able to see me. I got my exam, and my new prescription. Since I couldn't find new frames I liked that were in my price range, I just opted to get new lenses for my existing frames. They had a great selection in a variety of price ranges- I just happened to like all the ones that were ridiculous haha. When I went back to get my glasses, they were still super helpful and friendly. I called and no on answered (probably busy on another line) and they even called me back! I have never had such excellent service at a MyEyeDr location before.
