i always come here when my eye exam is due. The doctor is amazing and the staff members always do an incredible job of processing an insurance claim and picking out affordable yet quality glass frames/ lens for a customer. highly recommend

Luke and Sarah provide such phenomenal service. I came in with a broken pair of frames that had brand new lenses in them. Rather than going the route of least resistance, they both went the extra mile to listen to my concerns and problem solve. Within minutes, Luke found the perfect pair of frames that fit my existing lenses, and they turned out to be more comfortable and even better fitting for the thick lenses of my high prescription than my original flimsy pair from Bethel. I came here a month ago but am back because of the great service and unique frames! Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable! She processed my insurance and was able to explain my benefits and what they could do for me. She was also able to give me a discount on my frames and lenses. I also got my exam fee waved for purchasing glasses there. Will definitely make the trip again for future glasses!
