“We had a leak in our kitchen in our breakroom. We found this plumber on Thumbtack and they were very responsive on taking on my task. The only caution I have is to use them if it's not an urgent need. They requested to reschedule me 2 times and I did so willingly because our task was not urgent and they gave us a great discount for rescheduling 2 times. The pros they sent were quick and very professional.“

My technician, Zac, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and, more importantly, why it needed to be done.
Zac not only completed all of the required inspection repairs, including installing GFCI protection where required by code both inside and outside the house, but he also identified and corrected a few additional electrical issues that were related to the inspection items.
He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took pride in his work from start to finish. It's not often you find a technician who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, but Zac certainly does.

“I had a major spike in my water bill which lead me to believe there might be a leak. After being unable to identify the leak myself, I contacted Plumbers guild for help. Corey with the Plumbers guild came the next day and did an effective assessment of my water meter and cut off valves. He was quick to analyze the situation and we confirmed that I actually didn't have a leak at all, and might have just accidentally run a water appliance while out of town for an extended period. It was a relief to learn and I'll be contacting him again should any other issue arise in the future!“
