Not what I wanted to hear. I’ve used Ridgeway Mechanical in the past for other projects. So.Called Ridgeway Mechanical again to see if Salvador could come out and give an estimate. Made an appointment. Salvador showed up at the exact time, confirmed the problem and gave an estimate. We called back to set up the repair. Ridgeway, sets up the repair for a Saturday @ 8:00. Salvador shows up at 7:59am on the dot, does the work and heads off to do the next job. 2 hours later…. Done. Clean job. This guy knows his stuff. Ridgeway is blessed to have him and I’m blessed to know Ridgeway.“

All companies except True said the water heater could not be repaired and that both of my water heater tanks went out because they were at the end of their lives. I got quotes ranging from $5500-12,000 to replace my water heater with both tanks and tankless options. True Plumbing came today and after a call to the manufacturer Rheem, they figured out that the vapor sensor needed to be replaced. They were able to do this for just under $700!! When it is time for my water heaters to be replaced, I will be going with True who had the least expensive quote for replacement.
