Just had Easy Clean Septic out for emergency service. Left a message on the answering service at 4:47 am water backing up into basement shower from septic. They responded with a phone call within 10 minutes and found a mid morning slot to fit me in. Benjamin was the best. Knowledgeable, thorough, and a very nice guy. Provided me with upfront pricing for the emergency service which was fair and had our household systems up and running in no time. A big thank you from a grateful client.

Ben and his guys did a fantastic job on our septic system recently. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable compared to other septic companies I reached out to. Ben also provided some excellent education and advise on proper maintenance of our septic system. We will definitely use them again.
