Just had Easy Clean Septic out for emergency service. Left a message on the answering service at 4:47 am water backing up into basement shower from septic. They responded with a phone call within 10 minutes and found a mid morning slot to fit me in. Benjamin was the best. Knowledgeable, thorough, and a very nice guy. Provided me with upfront pricing for the emergency service which was fair and had our household systems up and running in no time. A big thank you from a grateful client.

Benjamin was basically my hero today! Same day service. Called ahead to confirm address and say he had received be appt before mine. Texted 45 mins before arriving. Assessed everything. Then explained what was going on and how he’d fix it. It had not been pumped in 26 years…so was a lot! He took time to get to the pipe digging up as little as possible. Experience was a good as it good have been with such a yuck situation. Highly recommend.
