I was skeptical at first but the technician, I think her name was Lordom, walked me through the process and how everything would go with the doctor being remote and not in the store. While I waited to be seen I was able to talk to DaBrina the optician about what my options were bc I wasn't using any insurance and I wasn't trying to spend a ton on glasses. She told me about the current promotions they were running. Once I was done with my exam she helped me shop for frames that were more in my price range. We talked about my prescription and lens option and what would work best for what I needed. Overall my experience was great the ladies really took their time with me I didn't feel rushed or like I was bothering them even though I asked a MILLION questions the ladies were super patient with me and I'll definitely be back! I've been wearing glasses since I was a child and have been to plenty of optical shops and this was the first time I felt like the staff not only were knowledgeable but actual enjoyed what they were doing and customer service these days goes a long way!! I told my coworker about this place and she's already scheduled an appointment for herself! Thanks ladies for making this new experience an easy one“

The glasses and lens are reasonably priced (I paid $150 per pair for a 7.5 prescription including exam), but they WILL force you to get two pairs at a time.“
