They have a “hybrid” eye doctor “on-site”. There is a technician there that walks you through the fitting and initial test, then there is a optometrist that walks you through the eye exam through a video call. Very cool!Lots of choices in eye frames! People on site were super helpful when I couldn’t decide between 2 frames.

Very warm and welcoming experience. Both Jemina and Shauna were courteous andpersonable. One lovely lady guided me through the eye exam and was very kind and friendly. The other young lady helped me with the final check out process after I selected my glasses.The online virtual doctor in the exam room was wonderful too.They will call me around 2 weeks to pick up my glasses.Thank you!Update: September 9, 2023Received my glasses earlier than expected. The BEST prescription eye glasses I've ever had! Thanks again for great service.

I went to the Lab yesterday and had a great experience because of Jemima and Shauna's excellent customer service. They answered all my questions thoroughly, professionally and patiently. I am coming back next year.
