I've been a customer for 7 years.The staff is amazing as is the doctor.If you are like me and walked away from this business for a year why they had some pretty not so great staff on the floor, I can tell you it is 'safe' to return.?The guy and I apologize I don't know his name and the lady Ashley are the folks on the sales floor and help you with glasses fitting and all of that they're amazing.The new eye doctor Ajay 5 starts!! She's efficient and patient.Winning combo

Wow. Awesome experience. From the first call with Ashley I was so impressed with the kindness, professionalism, and courtesy they showed. When going in and working with Lalah, Dr. Hashimi, and a very kind gentleman who took my payment, I continued to be impressed. They respected my time, answered my questions, and were so lovely to work through the entire process. I highly recommend this offiice.As an update: I just filled my glasses prescription which was prescribed by Dr. Hashimi. This is the first time in years that my glasses don't make me dizzy when switching from contacts to glasses. Thank you so much for your exquisite work Dr. Hashimi.

Now that my transaction with them is fully done, I feel confident posting this review. I will say from start to finish I can't say it was all a positive experience.I usually visit a private dr in Savannah where I live and then before that I went to target optical in the perimeter area. Reflections eyecare is located in the Brookhaven shopping center. Parking is pretty scarce as the shopping plaza is always busy but there are numerous parking garages. I had high hopes for this place because of the location. When I initially called in the gentleman I spoke to over the phone was very courteous and friendly.
