I was in need of an eye exam and some nighttime driving glasses, and decided to give Warby Parker a try after seeing so many cute frames walking by their store at the mall. The eye exam went well, and the optometrist was very patient and had an overall calm demeanor about him that made the process feel less intimidating. The staff truly made the experience a 10 out of 10. From the check-in process to us walking out, they made us feel so welcomed. We have a positive experience because of the staff. Teagan, especially, was amazing to work with while we were in the store.
First getting my eye exam here. Dr. Choi was very detailed in answers any questions I had about my prescription. The front staff was super nice and helpful in helping me to narrow down my frame choices. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and hope to come back next year for my annual exam.
I visited this location to get new eyeglasses with an updated prescription (eye exam done at a different business). While I was deciding which frame to go with, Shanice gave me a hand with deciding which frame to go with for my prescription. She delivered excellent customer service, and her suggestion of what frame to go with became the best fitting eyeglasses I've ever had to date. Where I intended to walk away with one pair, I decided to purchase another frame based on her feedback.
