Their licensed and certified optometrists provide eye exams and guide customers through the process of purchasing the latest lens technology, such as Digital Progressives and Transitions lenses. Customers praise the staff for their friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service, often going above and beyond to help. Employees are known to adjust eyeglasses and sunglasses, even if they were not purchased at the store, and frequently put glasses through the “car wash” to clean them perfectly without being asked. The store is appreciated for its exceptional service, with a focus on helping customers find the best frames and lenses for their prescriptions. Many customers enjoy bringing in old glasses for donation or multiple pairs for different needs, like polarized sunglasses or computer glasses to reduce eye strain. The staff, especially Chris, is highly recommended for their patience and extra effort, making each visit a positive experience. The Eye Gallery is not a typical eyewear store, but a place where customers feel valued and well taken care of.
I used two different Eye galleries. The doctors at both Eye Galleries, Roswell and Buckhead, were professional and helpful, as was the woman receptionist at the first Eye Gallery and the first technician at the Roswell store. The only technician I met at the second Eye Gallery in Buckhead was also very helpful, as was their reception staff.
Charles is the most helpful person I’ve ever met in an optical shop. In addition to helping me achieve my new look, he quickly perfectly adjusted and tightened my old glasses. Two other professionals could not fix them.
I had a wonderful experience at Eye Gallery! Mariah and Nelson were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. Dr. Rosenberg took her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and I truly appreciated that there was no pressure at any point—I’m so grateful to have found such a caring and attentive team.
