“This place has me as a forever customer. The entire staff was amazing and welcoming. KiJana and Darrell service and hospitality was top tier I have a busy 4yr old who was growing antsy they provided a color book and crayons and friendly which for a mom with a little one was super sweet as she had to come with me. They were patient when I was indecisive about my glasses and even took a vote with my little one. KiJana made sure I walked out with the glasses I wanted. The level of professionalism, hospitality and great customer service of KiJana and Darrell is unmatched. The doctor was very nice and informative welcoming and the technician also was very nice and knowledgeable. This office and its staff are amazing!!! I was a walk-in and left out apart of the vision works family! I hope the team reads this.“

“It was quick and easy to get an appointment. Nobody tried to upsell me on unnecessary items. Dr. Choe was also very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I have a prescription in the double digits and have never been able to adjust to glasses. They always made me feel like I was staring out the eyes of an inebriated person. Every eye doctor I've seen in 30 years told me my eyes would magically adjust. Dr. Choe was the only one who really looked at the problem and immediately told me my frames were wrong. She pointed out that I needed tiny, round, John Lennon frames to prevent the warping field of vision. The one doctor in 30 years to give a damn and solve a debilitating problem!“

Yolanda made sure the matter was handled as quickly and professionally as possible. She kept me informed on where they were at in the process and assured me it would be taken care of, and it was.“
“I was happy to see this location open up right next to Panda Express in the same plaza as Target, Publix, etc. My hubby was experiencing some blurriness in his vision and wanted to get checked out, so we decided to try here. He had 20/20 all his life, so we definitely wanted to rule any issues out. I had booked the appointment for a Monday, early afternoon. When we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly. We were the only customers at the time, so I highly recommend that time slot if you can make it. All of the staff are very friendly and explain things clearly. My hubby had a great experience. Dr. Natu was so great and really took his time helping us understand what might be going on. We left with two pairs of glasses and if you have a simple prescription like my hubby, I would say definitely take advantage of the deals they have. Overall, this experience was leaps and bounds better than my experience at the Dunwoody location a couple years ago. The doctor and staff here are excellent and seem to have more patience, compassion, and professionalism than at the other location I'd been to. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any eye issues you need to get checked out or if you're shopping for glasses.“
