“Being an out of state transfer patient, the booking process was very easy and the receptionist was helpful and kind. We, unfortunately, received a devastating diagnosis for our dog during our first visit (w3 scheduled a sick visit from the jump), however, Dr. Stowe and Jasmine were amazing—knowledgeable, comforting, dog lovers, and helped me make an informed decision.

During our second appointment, everyone was very helpful, compassionate, and made sure we understood the process/weren’t left with any questions. They reassured us multiple times that we could take as much time as needed, which was so appreciative during a difficult time. They treated our dog as their own and offered lots of treats before we said goodbye.

One of our dogs is pretty reactive in the waiting room and the other is so scared, she can barely get through the doors. The staff handle them both so well and make us feel so supported when bringing them in. “Great service and care, just do not understand why the $100 annual exam is just a physical exam that is practically visual and does not even reduce the cost of future care practices. I even had to point out abnormalities on my pet because they were not seen during the ‘exam’. The staff also could not explain to me why the exam is so expensive. The fecal exam that requires actual labs is half the price. Additionally, I had to call back to get the lab results I ordered while I boarded my pet instead of being informed when I picked them up.
This is my only problem, but the facility is great.“

Is a wonderful caring doctor. ?She takes time to talk to each of the pet owners who are always nervous when they have to bring their pets in for their yearly exams because the dogs are already agitated. I highly recommend Belle isle animal Hospital, especially Dr. Brandt. ?She is caring and patient and just a fabulous ?advocate for my fur babies. Scooby and Smokey don’t like to go to the vets but when they have to for yearly shots and exams she always takes amazing care of them. The staff is fabulous ?“
