I was extremely pleased with my service here. After some tough surgeries, my cat is nervous around vets. The Dr and vet techs went above and beyond to make him and me comfortable. They take a unique approach to your pet versus a standard approach and have great bedside manner. I also found the prices to be fair.
Very happy with our first visit! We had new patient appointments with our cat, Barry, and dog, Marty. Dr. Harpe and Nene were so thoughtful and kind, especially with our very nervous boy Marty. Very glad to have found a thorough and compassionate vet so close by. By the end, we left well educated and every pet was the calmest I’ve ever seen at them at the vet. They did a great job mitigating exam room anxiety!
Absolutely amazing care at Pharr Road Animal Hospital. They were efficient, calm, organized and incredibly empathetic. My pup ate a whole mess of things she shouldn't have, including chocolate and vitamin D, and the staff at Pharr Road Animal Hospital immediately cared for her, helping me to stay calm as next steps were determined. I will absolutely be bringing my babygirl back here for her future annual check-ups!! Highly, highly recommend!
