I brought my cat in to see Dr Luis Dos Santos the cardiologist. I am a veterinarian myself so it was interesting to be a client on the other side of the table! Dr Dos Santos was wonderful, and explained all his findings on my cat in a very understandable way. He built trust and rapport with me and my cat. I highly recommend Dr Dos Santos for cardiology services!
I spoke with Nurse Carolyn today after leaving several messages regarding Hydrolyzed Protein Urinary SO wet cat food options. My cat was prescribed this same type of dry food this past Monday, but we need wet food to administer other meds and probiotic.
I was transferred to Nurse Carolyn and she took the time to listen to our situation, my questions and concerns and she provided clear direction on next steps, hopeful options on the horizon and took the time to discuss all aspects.
Nurse Carolyn was very professional and knowledgeable, so kind and supportive to me and my fur baby, and left me feeling more confident and knowing options that I have.

We had a GREAT experience at Dogwood with our little boy, Niko! A huge thank you to Phillip, the nurse, and Dr. Martin for taking such wonderful care of him.
From the beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, and loving with Niko. They took their time explaining every step of what they were going to do and gave me so much peace of mind while they worked to figure out what was going on with him. When I came back to get him, Niko was happy to see me and I could tell he had been very well cared for.
Most importantly, after their evaluation and testing, we received the wonderful news that Niko did not have cancer, which was such a huge relief.
