Dr. Amy Matthews is absolutely amazing. She calls me every day to make sure my dog is feeling better and the staff is incredible. They are family to me and more importantly, to bamba
I chose Village Vets because my vet, Dr Amy Matthews, is concerned about my dog, Kody, and provides excellent care always. This extends to the boarding staff and I know he will be well cared for when I am away.
We love VV Westside and our most recent experience was no exception. I called to see if I could be fit in for a same day appt. as my dog was experiencing a rash that had gotten exponentially itchy/worse within 48 hrs. They were amazing enough to work us in later that day. From the front desk staff, to nurse Kelly & Dr. Jenkins, everyone was kind, compassionate, and helpful. I never felt rushed or like the team wasn't listening to my concerns. Thank you all for what you do for our fur babies. We appreciate each and every one of you!
