I will not take my "family" anyplace else. She knows so many people in the industry so, if needed, she can help when an expert is needed. Dr. Wood has gone out of her way so many times to care for our babies. I wouldn't go anywhere else!“
“So happy we found Dr. Segura on the recommendation of our realtor. We relocated from out of state with a 17 year old chihuahua who within days of the move fell ill, I was so worried to trust someone new with our very elderly dog. Dr. Segura was the best end of life care for Rocco. She treated him with dignity (so many vets do not like chihuahuas), we fully expected not to leave that day with him and Dr. Segura made it possible for him to enjoy life in GA for 2 months prior to his passing. Our new puppy sees Dr Segura and any future pet we have will see her as well.“
“Went for the first time this past week with my pup, Ari. The check in staff were super friendly and inviting. Dr. Bishop was awesome and just kept it straight without feeling like I was being "sold" something. I also like the fact that the appointment starts and ends with the vet instead of telling a vet tech everything and then retelling the vet the same exact thing when they come into the room. Dr. Bishop was super patient with my timid pup which is always appreciated. Will be back with Ari's sister later in the year when it's time!“

My 70/75 Male Lab mastiff mutt loves the staff; it’s like a little party for him. ??♀️“

“My 5 year old Shepherd has a long standing history of generally allergy issues/itchiness. She regularly gets allergy injections and then there are the ears. Oh the fun of keeping a German Shepherd's ear clean, debris & yeast/infection free. Try as I might, seems too consistently I need a higher intervention. Her normal vet (who has gone so far downhill) couldn't even return a phone call. I googled local pet urgent cares near me and noticed Animal Emergency Care of Dunwoody. Read their reviews (very recent and most almost 5 stars), so I decided to go in. I was greeted warmly by Henry. Quickly went back to an exam room. Vet tech came in to get the general nature of the visit. Took Storm back to the exam room. Shortly after, Dr. Van Beuren came in and explained what she observed thus far and right ear definitely looked back. My Shepherd has extreme anxiety and the ear REALLY painful. They provided her with a pain killer injection, an anti-inflammatory injection AND a Valium injection. They were able to thoroughly exam & clean both ears. Diagnosed her with a DOUBLE ear infection in both ears, provided her with a 1 dose long acting topical ear medication and trimmed her nails. Dr. Van Beuren took the time to explain so many things to me and I left feeling SUCH A LOAD OF STRESS OFF! Thank you so much to the Dr. and entire staff for being so kind. Would 100% recommend!“

“I am so grateful for this place. My bearded dragon was not doing well at all, to where my husband and I thought he was about to die multiple times. We came here half expecting them to recommend euthanasia or some super expensive procedure. Instead, they gave us medicine to increase his appetite, recommended a food to syringe feed him, and had us come back for multiple check ups without charging us for them to see what his progress was. Everytime I called the vet the people at the desk who answered were knowledgeable and even gave advice in between appointments. When my bearded dragon started improving the woman at the front desk was legitimately so excited and showed how much she cared. At one appointment I had to bring both my kids and they were so helpful in helping me carry my lizard, opening doors, and even helped me to my car. Everyone here was so sweet, so professional, and honestly saved my bearded dragon. He went from me thinking he was gone, to almost 100% back to normal. Couldn't recommend them anymore. Another fun bonus, my kids loved the parrots that are in the waiting room “
