Amicable and pleasant experience. I called Saturday and spoke to AJ, who was very kind and clear and took all my information. Surprisingly, when I arrived today (Monday), my intake form was completed and only required my signature. This was brilliant! I met with a lovely woman, and I’m going to mess this up, so I’m sorry I didn’t write your name down, but Ms. S was simply perfect. She met with my dog and me, and she took her time speaking with us. Absolutely amazing! They care so much for every animal they treat. Dr. Carson is the absolute best vet I have ever been to and every other vet there has been just as amazing. I was about to have a very mad kitty because I forgot to renew his prescription for his specialized food and they emailed the prescription over to me within an hour. Also, they take such great care of my diabetic kitty. We board her with them when we take extended trips and she still gets all the love and attention while there! I contacted Mt Paran Animal Hospital for travel health certificates for my dogs. Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. Scheduling was smooth and I got an appointment for the following day; Linda made sure that I was in the loop at every step of the process. The veterinarian was thorough and compassionate durig the visit. Everything was received in time for our flights. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
