“I am so grateful for this place. My bearded dragon was not doing well at all, to where my husband and I thought he was about to die multiple times. We came here half expecting them to recommend euthanasia or some super expensive procedure. Instead, they gave us medicine to increase his appetite, recommended a food to syringe feed him, and had us come back for multiple check ups without charging us for them to see what his progress was. Everytime I called the vet the people at the desk who answered were knowledgeable and even gave advice in between appointments. When my bearded dragon started improving the woman at the front desk was legitimately so excited and showed how much she cared. At one appointment I had to bring both my kids and they were so helpful in helping me carry my lizard, opening doors, and even helped me to my car. Everyone here was so sweet, so professional, and honestly saved my bearded dragon. He went from me thinking he was gone, to almost 100% back to normal. Couldn't recommend them anymore. Another fun bonus, my kids loved the parrots that are in the waiting room “
“So happy we found Dr. Segura on the recommendation of our realtor. We relocated from out of state with a 17 year old chihuahua who within days of the move fell ill, I was so worried to trust someone new with our very elderly dog. Dr. Segura was the best end of life care for Rocco. She treated him with dignity (so many vets do not like chihuahuas), we fully expected not to leave that day with him and Dr. Segura made it possible for him to enjoy life in GA for 2 months prior to his passing. Our new puppy sees Dr Segura and any future pet we have will see her as well.“
“We switched to Briarlake Animal Hospital in Nov of 2023. We have 11 year old cats (sisters). The yearly check up was so calm and lovely. The staff was kind and helpful, the vet and tech were SUPER informative and explained everything. Turns out both needed teeth cleaning so we took them in yesterday for that. They stayed in touch with us ALL DAY, the vet called me TWICE, once after cleaning each cat's teeth, to let me know how they're doing and what the results were. And when we went to pick the up, the staff were all super supportive, helpful with at home care info, and came to tell us how much the loved having our babies there. And Dr. Hiro came out (he did the procedures) to check in. 100% love this practice and will say and recommend.“

“These folks are great! I brought an injured stray cat on a random Monday morning, explaining that I wanted to get him fixed, vaccinated, and take care of his injuries so I could take him home. The only hitch was that I was here on vacation and flying back home the following day, so I was on a very tight timeline, and the cat's injury required survey. The staff and DVM were incredibly professional, compassionate, competent, and quick- the cat was ready to pick up that afternoon. Thanks to these folks' help, I was able to adopt this little guy and take him home with me, and now he's living the good life. :)“
