The veterinarians and team are thorough, kind, and genuinely care for the animals, making clients feel confident and happy with their care. Everyone at Briarlake Animal Hospital is kind and caring. Dr. Jodi Nichols was wonderful, very thorough and did a great job with making a skittish older rescue girl feel at ease. Dr. Duvall answered every question thoughtfully and in detail. Dr. Hiro and the team expertly cared for pups, and made honest and thorough recommendations. They treat pets humanely, with friendly, thorough, and excellent advice and care.
I brought my puppy Lucy here for her first round of vaccines and we had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and patient. My puppy is a very high energy breed and they were amazing. I am sad we are moving but would definitely recommend them! Especially if you're nervous or picky about finding the right vet!
I will start by saying I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to veterinarians because my dog, Floki, is truly part of our family and I will not settle for anything less than the best for his care. We had our first appointment to establish care with Dr. Robin Hochel yesterday after recently moving to the area. Everyone was amazing. The reception desk team members were warm and welcoming to myself and my pup. Joyce the practice manager was very thorough and informative. Ally the vet nurse was so sweet and gentle with my fur baby. And of course Dr. Hochel herself was truly exceptional. My new puppy Daisy and I had a wonderful experience on our first visit to Briarlake. Dr. Nichols and the staff made us both feel comfortable. Daisy was so calm and didn’t seem stressed at all. I very much appreciated the time Dr. Nichols took to answer all my questions. I feel like Daisy is in wonderful hands for all her future medical care!
